The basis of ensuring the delivery of the Cleanevent product is all in the hands of our people. Responsibility, authority and accountability are the three key words in what sets our business model apart from the competition. This has been honed over 20 years of delivering operational excellence.
A challenge we face is to ensure we continue to set our goals and continue to be leaders in the field by delivering "world's best practice". We may ask ourselves to define "world's best practice" - to be on the cutting edge of technology, to be green and environmentally friendly, to utilise the latest release of equipment for whatever that special requirement, these are some of the benefits that bring "world's best practice" to our valued client base. Having a global company gives many advantages and one ingredient is having key people within the organisation having the ability to be deployed overseas, this gives both the company and the individual a far greater understanding of key operational planning, resourcing and the ability to share information between business units.
From stand alone Major Events such as the Olympic Games, Venues throughout the world such as Wembley Stadium and Transitions (start ups) that require an overlay on top of the day to day operations, we believe that giving people the opportunity to be part of a team that has the task of delivering operational excellence only increases the individual and the company two fold.
The International deployments bring great benefit back to the local level; the knowledge gained is invaluable and only adds benefit to the individual's venue or event. Where lessons learnt, where state of the art equipment can be trialled and then put into the planning to deliver a better operational result.
Senior management is committed in continuing to "EXPORT OUR TALENT" and continue to develop people as this gives us the strength to continue to grow the business. And the only way to grow the business successfully is with the ability to have people willing and able to step up and accept the responsibility, authority and accountability of the demands of delivering operational excellence through "world's best practice".
