Tottenham Hotspur – Cleanevent Partnership

The close of the 2004/05 Premiership season will signal the end of Cleanevent’s first full season at White Hart Lane. Generally the season has gone very well for both parties with the Club once again confirming itself as a leading Premiership Club and Cleanevent taking great strides to establish itself as one of our leading contractors.

The first months of the contract saw Cleanevent’s resources stretched to the limit as the company moved into White Hart Lane during the outdoor festival season. Whilst these first few months saw the on-site cleaning team unsettled, stretched and struggling to adapt to the Club’s increased expectations, Cleanevent now have a team of regular personnel that are far better suited to servicing the Club and service standards have increased accordingly.

Having now established a robust cleaning schedule for non-match and match days, the next stage of the process is the development of a match day waste removal strategy and comprehensive environmental waste policy. The development of both strategies will be led by the Cleanevent team with a view to becoming more cost effective and environmentally friendly.

Sadly the Club’s President, Bill Nicholson died during this season and whilst he is greatly missed his sayings and observations will always be in our thoughts. So remember this, “a pat on the back is only 2 feet away from a kick up the arse”.

The partnership between Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Cleanevent continues to grow from strength to strength.
