NEWLY FORMED HR DEPARTMENT IMPLEMENTS “STAR OF THE MONTH” PROGRAM.

Over the past six months, Cleanevent has implemented a new employee award program called the "Star of the Month". Each month an employee or group of employees from each country we operate in, who has delivered the most outstanding performance, is selected as the ‘Star of the Month’. To be eligible employees need to show they have “made a difference” which is in keeping with the Cleanevent ‘Change Management’ policy –“It’s the things you don’t see that make all the difference”.

A staff member can nominate any other employee, or group of employees for the award. Since its inception nominations have been running hot.
